Position Summary
To ensure efficient inbound & outbound operations at the Nestlé Distribution Center based at the factory exhibiting leadership ability to manage team-requiring decision making to ensure day-to-day business.
A day in the life of.
Ensure optimal staff / labor as well as MHEs utilization during shift.
Coordinate with transport representative about availability of vehicles & maintaining required level of efficiency by avoiding halting.
Ensure First Entry First Out (FEFO) / status control while loading
To ensure empty pallet supply to production and take corrective action in case of any shortage well before time.
To provide traceability of finished goods data as and when required
Ensuring compliance of all operations according to Standard Operating Procedures.
To ensure implementation of Good Warehouse Practices & The Nestlé Food Safety Management System in the Distribution Center.
To follow safety & environment responsibilities by ensuring implementation
Strict compliance of company rules & regulations.
To accept additional duties and tasks in area other than initially assigned.

Main goal: To be the technical leader for the telecommunications function/teams, by being responsible for managing and controlling the engineering teams and contractors. Will work on project technical design and preparation of engineering documents, as well as delivery, testing and developments controlling.

The Technical Operations Leader will be directly reporting to Hub Manager and will play strategic role to manage all resources, and logistics required to perform services and maintenance activities on customers' site/property. These activities contribute to maintain, repair and refurbish sold or existing products. Includes all types of maintenance service (preventive and remedial), manage maintenance facilities, warehouse operations, repair center and BOP activities. Overall scope includes supporting a Site Leads for managing daily hub operations, turbine output, as well as exemplify excellence in leadership, safety, quality control, and financial oversight. Job DescriptionWhat you'll do:
- Ability to work independently on the implementation of fault analysis and repair of wind turbine generator in (Pakistan) and abroad, including clarification of any client queries.
- Parts Planning and Inventory Management, in coordination with the Warehouse Lead and Logistic Lead.
- Planned Preventive maintenance and Corrective Maintenance of WTGs in coordination with Global Quality Team.
- Keeping tracks of Work Order (SRs) and timely debriefing of consumed material.
- Organize and participate in weekly calls of Wind Farm Performance to keeps Wind Farms KPIs in checks like RTS, On-Time maintenance, LOTO Compliance, Availability, etc.
- Device the team Learning and Development program for enhancing skills and quality of work.
- Close working with the engineering team for fault troubleshooting and customer queries.

- Management of EHS scorecard of the site including team's EHS competencies.

- Lead operations within multi-site service hub ensuring weekly visits to each site;

What you'll bring:
- B.Sc. in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics) from acceredited university or equivalent.
- Minimum 7 years experience as Operation and Maintenance Lead of Wind Turbine Turbine Department of Wind Farm.
- Minimum 4 year relevant experience inclusive of leadership and man power management
- Good technical knowledge of Power System, Protection , Monitoring and Diagnostics and SCADA for Generation and Transmission Industry segments
- Ability to work effectively across functions.
- Financial acumen, knowledge of pricing, costing and product accounting.
- Ability to understand and improve complex processes in a cross-functional environment.
- Ability and willingness to travel within the hub; require overnights considering how sites are located in Pakistan.
