This is a key position responsible for managing medical services across the organization, ensuring occupational health and safety, and contributing to employee well-being through comprehensive healthcare management.
The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical expertise, sound decision-making capabilities, and the ability to manage medical operations across shifts, while also ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct medical examinations of all new employees upon joining.
- Attend and manage all types of medical cases, including workplace accidents.
- Ensure prompt first aid is provided for industrial injury cases.
- Review and prepare accident and injury reports; visit hospitals when necessary and verify medical bills.
- Oversee medicine inventory, ordering, and dispensing; manage operations of the dispensary across all three shifts.
- Provide follow-up care for OPD (Outpatient Department) patients.
- Assess physically handicapped workers and recommend suitable job roles.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the dispensary and related services.
- Coordinate with the health insurance provider to ensure employee coverage and access to entitled benefits.
- Provide timely first aid and emergency response to any medical incidents at the workplace.
Skills Required:
