Oversee the entire candidate lifecycle—from sourcing to offer—across multiple job requisitions. Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and candidate status updates with both clients and internal teams. Maintain accurate tracking and reporting of open roles, submissions, interviews, and hires. Partner with the recruitment team to refine search strategies and prioritize urgent roles. Resolve any issues or concerns from clients or candidates quickly and professionally. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to understand changing needs and gather feedback. Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a recruiting or staffing role, preferably agency-side. Proven experience managing client relationships and multiple requisitions simultaneously. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field

Proficiency in ATS tools (for example Lever) and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
