Job Overview

The Financial Analyst will provide critical support to the CGO in financial planning and forecasting, financial modeling and guarantee structuring. This role requires strong analytical skills, financial expertise, and the ability to collaborate across various business functions. The Analyst will also contribute to decision-making processes by preparing reports and insights that guide the company’s strategic and operational activities. Key Responsibilities

Assist in developing annual financial plans, including revenue and expense forecasts. Monitor financial performance against the budget, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions. Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for senior management and the Board of Directors. Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making and business development initiatives. Conduct scenario analysis and stress testing to evaluate financial resilience. Support the pricing and valuation of financial products, including credit guarantees. Product Structuring

Assist in structuring and pricing financial products in collaboration with the Risk and Product Development teams. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive offerings, and innovative financial instruments. Ensure product structures align with regulatory requirements and corporate strategy. Stakeholder Engagement

Collaborate with internal teams, including Risk, Product Development, and Compliance, to align financial operations with business goals. Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to inform business strategy. Eligibility Criteria

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (such as CFA, ACCA) is preferred. Experience

At least 1-3 years of experience in financial planning, financial modeling, treasury, or investment management. Experience in a financial institution, investment firm, or consulting role will have an added advantage. Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with expertise in financial modeling and valuation techniques. Proficiency in financial software and data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar). Strong understanding of financial statements, forecasting, and budgeting processes. Ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights. Understanding of market dynamics, investment strategies, and economic trends. Ability to present financial concepts clearly and concisely. Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment Comfortable working in a dynamic, fastpaced environment. The Financial Analyst job duties include working closely with the Hiring Manager to create and analyze financial reports, process accounts payable and receivable and manage invoices and tax payments.
