As Krank continues to expand, we are seeking a dynamic Senior Marketing Lead to assist with leading our marketing function. This is a hands-on leadership role with oversight of the marketing strategy, execution, and performance. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, global B2B technology environment (SaaS/Marketplace) and will be responsible for driving growth, increasing brand visibility, and generating qualified leads through innovative and data-driven campaigns.
This individual will assist with the oversight of the marketing department and take full responsibility for planning, executing, and optimizing our marketing efforts. They will manage a team of senior professionals, mentor subordinates, and foster a high-performance, collaborative team culture. The role requires someone who can balance strategic vision with hands-on execution and who is passionate about delivering measurable results that align with company goals.
We are specifically looking for someone with experience in both small and large organizations, ideally within the technology sector. A strong background in B2B and SaaS marketing is essential, as is the ability to lead cross-functional collaboration across product, sales, and leadership teams. The candidate will be responsible for managing all areas of the marketing mix, including public relations, digital and social campaigns, corporate events, performance marketing, and complete campaign life cycles. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy across digital, social, PR, events, and performance channels to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
- Lead demand generation using Account-Based Marketing, SEO, SEM, paid media, email, events, and referral programs.
- Create high-quality content (blogs, ad copies, organic posts) that resonates with target audiences and elevates Krank's brand presence.
- Own and manage the full marketing funnel—from website optimization and paid campaign management to lead nurturing and analytics.
- Analyze KPIs and ROI using analytics tools; leverage insights to iterate, improve, and scale growth initiatives.
- Build and manage the marketing tech stack (HubSpot, automation tools, analytics, testing platforms) for maximum efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and leadership teams to align marketing with business goals.
- Oversee agencies, freelancers, and budgets to deliver measurable outcomes.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to position Krank as a market leader.
- Foster a culture of experimentation, innovation, and data-driven decision-making.
What We Are Looking For:
- 7+ years of marketing experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in B2B marketing, preferably within SaaS, online marketplaces, or technology companies.
- Expertise in performance marketing (SEO, SEM, paid campaigns), demand generation, and brand building.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills for multi-channel campaigns.
- Proficient in analytics and data-driven decision-making to optimize campaigns and performance.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot (or similar CRM/automation tools) and growth marketing tech stacks.
- Track record of working with small & large organisations.
- Strategic and execution-focused leader who can manage ambiguity, lead teams, and deliver results.

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in shaping how our products are positioned, launched, and adopted. What You'll Be Doing:Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute GTM plans for new product launches, features, and updates, ensuring alignment across marketing, customer success, supportand product teams.
- Conduct market research, customer segmentation, and competitive analysis to refine positioning and messaging.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop launch strategies that drive awareness, acquisition, and adoption.
- Define success metrics for product marketing initiatives and track performance post-launch.
- Craft compelling value propositions, messaging frameworks, and content that resonates with our target audience, differentiating Cloudways from competitors.
- Develop key assets such as website copy, landing pages, sales decks, one-pagers, email campaigns, and case studies to support product success.
- Work closely with the product team to shape product development and roadmap based on market research and customer insights.
- Partner with finance and product teams to define and optimize pricing and packaging strategies, ensuring competitiveness and revenue growth.
- Ensure product messaging remains consistent across all channels, from marketing campaigns to customer communications.
- Work closely with sales, partnerships, and customer success teams to provide them with the right tools, training, and content to effectively position Cloudways.
- Create sales collateral, battle cards, product training materials, and competitive intelligence reports.
- Develop and execute campaigns that help nurture leads, increase conversions, and reduce churn.
- Conduct customer interviews, case studies, and surveys to gather insights that inform our messaging and product roadmap.
- Identify and execute growth strategies to increase adoption and expansion across different customer segments.
- Collaborate with demand generation, lifecycle marketing, and content teams to develop and optimize growth-focused campaigns.
- Analyze usage data, churn patterns, and customer feedback to recommend improvements that drive retention and expansion.
- Support pricing and packaging decisions by analyzing customer needs, market trends, and competitive benchmarks.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or sales enablement, preferably working with SaaS or cloud-based solutions.
