What You'll Lead And Deliver
- Support the development and execution of the marketing roadmap, aligned with overall business goals.
- Assist in creating positioning and messaging based on customer profiles, buyer personas, and market needs.
- Conduct market and competitor research to help refine go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
- Help execute multi-channel campaigns including email, content, SEO, social media, and paid ads.
- Assist in building and managing lead nurturing funnels using marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
- Collaborate with product, sales, and subject matter experts to develop marketing assets like blogs, case studies, videos, landing pages, and presentations.
- Support product marketing initiatives including product launches, sales enablement content, and battle cards.
- Ensure consistent messaging across marketing materials and communication channels.
- Assist in managing performance marketing platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) and monitor campaign performance.
- Help maintain and update the company website, focusing on content, SEO, and user experience.
- Track and report on marketing KPIs, such as lead volume, engagement, conversions, and campaign ROI.
- Contribute to brand awareness efforts including social media engagement, thought leadership, and community building.
- Participate in industry webinars, trade shows, and internal marketing events.
Requirements:
To Be Successful in This Role, You Must Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- MBA with 1 - 2 years of experience or bachelor's with 3 years of experience
- Basic understanding of marketing funnels, CRM systems, and MQLs.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, demand gen, and content strategy.
- Creative thinker with a learning mindset and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to cross-functional teams.
- Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEMrush, LinkedIn Ads.

Product Marketing Specialist
to join our team and help us launch and grow our new web application.
In this mid-level role, you'll be instrumental in shaping our go-to-market strategy and executing key marketing initiatives. This is a hands-on position where you'll work closely with product, engineering, and the broader marketing team to showcase our product's value, attract new users, and drive growth.
What You'll Do:
- Launch & Promotion:
Execute the product launch roadmap and lead promotional campaigns to generate buzz and acquire users. - Content Creation:
Create engaging content that highlights product features and benefits, including blog posts, email newsletters, social media posts, and video scripts. - Feature Communication:
Work with the product team to understand new features and updates, then translate them into clear, compelling messaging for our users and the market. - User Engagement:

Who You Are:
- You have 2-4 years of experience in product marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role, preferably for a software or web application.

- You have experience with various marketing channels (e.g., social media, content marketing, email).
- You're a proactive, self-starter with a collaborative spirit.
- You have a solid understanding of how to use data to inform decisions.
