REQUIREMENTS:
- The 'RIGHT' candidate will have 10+ years of varied and extensive senior management experience in supply chain services.
- 10+ years of both biometrics and business development experience.
- Experience running and growing a Distribution Logistics company is a plus.
- Experience developing and delivering complicated supply chain solutions to customers.
- Strong financial management capabilities and defined success.
- Highly developed skills in managing and developing people including in the areas of recruiting, coaching, and mentoring.
- Have the desire and ability to "roll up their shirt sleeves" as necessary yet be highly effective in the boardroom.
- Demonstrated ability to drive effectiveness and efficiency.
- Experience in a large multiple entity and country service organization.
- The successful candidate must possess an undergraduate degree ideally in Business. An MBA is strongly desirable.
- Able to travel up to 50% primarily in Asia with occasional travel elsewhere internationally (e.g. Asia, Europe, Canada).
- An individual of unquestioned honesty and integrity.
