Responsibilities- Maintain and update employee records (both digital and physical) including personal details, contracts, attendance, and leave records.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation, induction, and system access. Ensure smooth off boarding for departing employees.
- Assist in gathering payroll data (attendance, leaves, deductions), verify accuracy for timely disbursement.
- Maintain and update data in MiHCM to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures across the organization.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, escalating as needed to the HR Manager.
- Prepare and manage HR-related reports and documentation.
- Assist in collecting performance evaluation forms and managing appraisal schedules.
- Monitor attendance, overtime, and leave records to support payroll and ensure policy compliance.
- Handle day-to-day HR administrative duties such as generating letters (experience, increment, warning), managing HR files, and supporting internal communications.
- Assist the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating the selection process, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process.
- Prior experience of 1 to 2 years in HR generalist or operations role
- Bachelors’ degree in HR
- Working experience with an HRIS
- Experience in performance management
