Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled System Administrator to join our IT Operations team. The ideal candidate will provide 24/7 remote support for our hybrid on-premises virtualized infrastructure and cloud-based services hosted on Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 ecosystem. This role focuses on maintaining system availability, performance, and security across both Prem and cloud environments, including support for critical Microsoft security and compliance solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Microsoft 365 Administration: Manage user accounts, licenses, and permissions. Ensure the smooth operation of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive for Business.
- Azure Administration: Oversee the deployment, configuration, and management of Azure resources. Monitor performance, manage security settings, and ensure the scalability and availability of cloud services.
- Identity and Access Management: Implement and manage Entra services to provide secure access management. Configure identity and access policies, monitor security events, and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- System Maintenance: Regularly monitor and maintain computer systems, servers, and network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
