Job Description

We are seeking a skilled System Administrator to join our IT Operations team. The ideal candidate will provide 24/7 remote support for our hybrid on-premises virtualized infrastructure and cloud-based services hosted on Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 ecosystem. This role focuses on maintaining system availability, performance, and security across both Prem and cloud environments, including support for critical Microsoft security and compliance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Microsoft 365 Administration: Manage user accounts, licenses, and permissions. Ensure the smooth operation of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive for Business.
  • Azure Administration: Oversee the deployment, configuration, and management of Azure resources. Monitor performance, manage security settings, and ensure the scalability and availability of cloud services.
  • Entry Administration: Implement and manage Entra services to provide secure access management. Configure identity and access policies, monitor security events, and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
  • Administer and manage Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
  • Implement and manage MFA, Conditional Access Policies, and Single Sign On SSO across platforms.
  • Administer MDM/MAM policies via Microsoft Intune to manage endpoints and mobile devices.
  • Support email security, including anti-phishing, anti-spam, and DLP configurations.
  • Provide Operational support for Virtualized environments (VMware ESXI, Hyper V, and Microsoft Azure resources (VMs, Storage, networking, backups.
  • Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and backups to ensure data integrity and availability.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot system performance issues, providing timely resolution to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with IT team members to develop and implement best practices for system administration.
  • Document system configurations, procedures, and policies for reference and training purposes.
  • System Maintenance: Regularly monitor and maintain computer systems, servers, and network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.

  • Support tickets and manage incidents, service requests, and problems through their full life cycle.
  • Work in a hybrid multi location operations team administering the existing production environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator, Microsoft Entra Administrator, Endpoint Administrator, Microsoft 365 Security, MCSE) are highly desirable.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in System Administration or similar role in hybrid cloud large enterprise environment.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 and virtualization.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, MDI, MIP, and MFA/Conditional Access.
  • Familiarity with email protection tools and configurations in Microsoft Defender for office 365.

Job Description

As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure. This includes Active Directory (AD), firewall management, web server administration, PC support, and helpdesk services. Expertise in AWS infrastructure management is highly required. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain Active Directory and associated services. Configure and manage firewalls to ensure network security. Administer web servers and ensure their optimal performance. Provide PC support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues. Manage helpdesk services and ensure timely resolution of user issues. Monitor and maintain network infrastructure. Implement and manage AWS cloud solutions. Stay updated with the latest developments in IT infrastructure technologies and best practices. Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience required.

Proven experience as an Infrastructure Engineer or in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of Active Directory, firewall management, and web server administration.

Experience with PC support and helpdesk services.

Experience with AWS infrastructure management.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
