Manage and supervise all types of construction activities for different kinds of projects. Responsibilities include:

• Preparation of IPCs for all Civil & MEP and Structural works of the project.
• Preparation of bill of quantity for the materials required for the project and cost estimation.
• Procurement of all materials used for this project.
• Preparation of necessary document modifications based on site conditions.
• Material forecasting.
• Preparation of project budget.
• Creation of all types of drawings (detail/shop drawing).
• Preparation, checking, and auditing of sub-contractor bills.
• Materials inspection and approval for construction.
• Analysis of rates.
• Preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and estimation for all kinds of projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably Civil Engineering.
• 10+ years’ experience in supervision of new construction and remodeling projects.
• Knowledge of construction methods and technologies, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and contracts.
• Knowledge of building code requirements and scheduling methods.
• Strong leadership skills, project coordination, and time management.

Requirements:

At least 3 years of proven experience with a focus on managing a team of more than 6 persons. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Proven track record in meeting and exceeding targets and KPIs.

Proven experience as a Supervisor or Team Lead, preferably in a similar industry.

Proficient in using computer software and productivity tools (e.g., MS Office).

Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.

Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
