Account Manager / Recruiter Manager
to join our team and take ownership of both client relationships and candidate delivery. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in recruitment, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple roles and accounts simultaneously. This is a key role that bridges the gap between clients and recruiters to ensure top-tier talent delivery. Key Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring a high level of service and responsiveness. Manage recruiter performance and ensure timely, quality candidate submissions. Oversee the entire candidate lifecycle—from sourcing to offer—across multiple job requisitions. Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and candidate status updates with both clients and internal teams. Maintain accurate tracking and reporting of open roles, submissions, interviews, and hires. Partner with the recruitment team to refine search strategies and prioritize urgent roles. Resolve any issues or concerns from clients or candidates quickly and professionally. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to understand changing needs and gather feedback. Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a recruiting or staffing role, preferably agency-side. Proven experience managing client relationships and multiple requisitions simultaneously. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with ATS and CRM systems; proficiency in tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc. Comfortable in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Preferred
Experience working with healthcare, tech, or construction clients is a plus. Previous experience leading a team of recruiters or overseeing delivery operations. Compensation

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally in a high-growth or tech-driven environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
Proficiency in ATS tools (for example Lever) and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
