Position Overview:

We are looking for female candidates for the role of MTO – Order Fulfillment Intern, ideally fresh graduates or those with up to 1 year of experience in supply chain, logistics, or order management. This full-time, in-person internship is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, eager to learn.

Note: Only candidates with a completed bachelor's degree will be considered. Applications from students with pending degrees will not be accepted.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full order fulfillment process from order placement to final delivery
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams
• Track shipments and update order records and systems
• Prepare documentation and follow up for customs and warehouse deliveries
• Liaise with international and local suppliers to ensure timely order execution
• Support inventory planning and delivery schedules
• Troubleshoot any issues related to order fulfillment or logistics

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (Completed – Mandatory) in Supply Chain or related field
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is a must
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented

• Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and account health standards.

• Collaborate with the operations team to improve fulfillment processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).
• 1–2 years of proven experience in Amazon Order Fulfillment (required).
• Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and order management workflows.
• Familiarity with logistics, shipping methods, and inventory management.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
