We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Associate - HR Business Partner to join our HR team.   • Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required.

  • Understanding business goals & challenges and converting them to people goals.

  • Helping business growth through leadership partnership.

  • Ensuring compliance and fulfilling the requirements in Recruitment, Onboarding, Retention, Performance management, Workforce management (Succession planning), Compensation, Analytics, Rewards and Recognition.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 0-1 years of experience or internship in HR is preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

ibex. Pakistan is looking for a Customer Success Specialist for Voice Program within the Operations department who shall assist our U.S. based client’s customers with their queries/concerns and provide an accurate resolution to customers as per the defined processes via call. We are looking for people who have experience in dealing with international customers but above that, we care more about personality, passion, and work ethic. A sense of humor helps a lot too.

Qualifications
  • O Levels/Matric or above
  • Excellent English Written and Verbal Communication
  • American or neutral accent
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Particularly MS Excel and MS Word)
  • Must be at least 18 Years old and hold valid CNIC.
