Brands Designs is seeking a Search Engine Optimization Specialist. The SEO will be responsible for implementing SEO and social media strategies for clients. The SEO specialist will be responsible to understand and support initiatives that will contribute to the goals and success of client campaigns.
Key Functional Areas of Responsibility
- Perform keyword research in coordination with client business objectives to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities
- Plan and execute all web, SEO/SMO, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experiences across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
- Provide SEO analysis and recommendations in coordination with elements and structure of websites and web pages
- Provide recommendations and execute strategies for content development in coordination with SEO goals general and keyword specific
- Administer search engine programs (XML sitemaps, shopping feeds, webmaster tools) for purposes of diagnostic reporting on client projects
- Assist in development and execution of communication/content strategies via social communities in coordination with SEO goals
- Research and administer social media tools in support of clients’ social media strategy
- Communication to team and management on project development, timelines, and results
The ideal candidate must possess:
- The skill to increase the website organic traffic and generate traffic from social media
- The deep knowledge of content marketing
- Generate short and useful content for social media posts and blog articles
- Social bookmarking
- Sound knowledge about on-page & off-page SEO techniques.
- The Knowledge & skill of PPC, Google analytics and webmaster tools.
- High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
- The ability to work independently and/or in a team
- The ability to manage multiple client projects along with in-house projects
Professional Skills & Qualifications
- 2-3 years experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tools
- Experience working with popular keyword tools (Google, Word Tracker, Keyword Discovery, etc)
- Desired: Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website administration

SPIRES TUTORING MARKETPLACE & THE PROFS TUITION - Commercial Content - 20 hours per week per brand (40 hours total) Process Management and Reporting: Develop and update process maps and training materials, including instructional videos for each stage of the commercial content production process, ensuring consistent quality and efficiency. Seek opportunities to enhance the process through automation, scripting, and tools. Oversee any support freelancers working on commercial content, ensuring all deliverables meet required standards and timelines. Campaign Planning and Production: Gather background data using APIs where possible from tools such as PageOptimizerPro, Neuron Writer, Cora, etc.; Use custom AI scripts to produce high-quality branded commercial content, ensuring ownership of maintaining, updating, and improving scripts for optimal performance. Optimisation and Publishing: Conduct sense-checks to ensure content is clear, accurate, engaging, and in UK English; Oversee manual optimisation with tools such as NeuronWriter, PageOptimizerPro, and Cora; Sign-off informational content and upload WordPress staging sites, managing categories, tags, authorship, and metadata for SEO. SPIRES TUTORING MARKETPLACE & THE PROFS TUITION - Traffic Campaigns - 3 hours per week per brand (6 hours total) Process Development: Learn the processes and tools and maintain process maps for all campaign stages; Keep up-to-date with latest updates from tools. Plan and Execute Campaigns: Set-up and track performance of CTRify campaigns; Plan and order branded traffic campaigns; Plan and operate in-house traffic tools. Tracking and Reporting: Extract reports from tools and use SEOCrawl, SEMRush, SerpRobot or other tools to monitor and report on traffic campaign impact into rankings and visibility. SPIRES TUTORING MARKETPLACE & THE PROFS TUITION - Progress Reporting & Training - 2 hours per week Participate in a weekly meeting every Monday to report progress, plans for the week, and address challenges. Prepare an update document each Thursday detailing progress on tasks, performance metrics, and upcoming priorities. Requirements
Strong written and verbal communication skills in British English, ideally supported by an internationally recognised certificate (e.g., IELTS, Cambridge Exams, TOEFL). University-educated with some knowledge of the UK education system and a willingness to expand knowledge. High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, SEO-optimised content. Proficiency in managing time effectively, meeting deadlines, and collaborating with teams. Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT/OpenAI and familiarity with custom AI script maintenance. Advanced knowledge of SEO principles, including with NeuronWriter, PageOptimizerPro, Cora, SEMRush, and similar tools. Expertise in using WordPress, Google Workspace, Keyword research tools, and Email marketing tools. Knowledge of Python, custom API scripts, and SEO tools like CTRify and other traffic tools.
