- Generate leads and establish relationships with potential clients through various channels, such as networking events and online platforms
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities for business growth
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and materials to increase event attendance
- Manage the sales process, including negotiation and closing deals with clients
- Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the events to ensure client satisfaction
- Stay updated with industry news and competitor activities to adjust marketing strategies accordingly

- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the event management industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders
- Excellent negotiation and persuasive skills to close deals and secure sponsorships
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software for data analysis and reporting

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

The position is responsible for overseeing administrative operations, ensuring commercial utilization of buildings to generate revenue, optimizing energy conservation and space management, and delivering a consistent workplace experience. It includes execution of approved Admin CAPEX and repair & maintenance projects within budget, effective handling of R&M complaints, and implementation of HSE guidelines to minimize workplace hazards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and execute project works to ensure timely completion within defined deadlines and capitalize project works in line with CAPEX fund allocation.
• Manage end-to-end property tax processes including challan collection, approvals, fund arrangements, and payments.
• Oversee timely collection and processing of utility bills to prevent surcharges or service disconnections.
• Identify and report vacant or underutilized sites with detailed area and dimensions and drive the commercialization of PTCL properties to maximize revenue potential.
• Execute repair and maintenance works, resolving end-user and portal complaints within allocated OPEX budget allocations.

Qualification:

• Min. DAE Civil (4-years) required with preferable 5-7 years of experience.

1. At least 1-2 years of professional experience in residential (single and multifamily) construction projects.
2. Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, internet, and Digital Lead Capture Portal.
3. Strong organizational and lead management skills, with ability to follow through via Digital Portal, Email, Messaging, and face-to-face meetings with new leads.
4. Effective communication skills and ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
5. Experience in briefing new leads, client brand information, and project details.
6. Fluency in English and Urdu.
7. Lead data record management.
8. Checking and preparing new project contracts/agreements.
9. Collaborating with technical team members such as architects and interior designers for drawings and plans.

At least 1-2 years of professional experience in residential architectural planning and interior designing.
