What You’ll Do
Build and maintain dashboards and automated reports to track real-time business performance. Write intermediate to advanced SQL queries to analyze large datasets and uncover actionable trends. Monitor and report on key KPIs across verticals like Grocery and Food. Analyze conversion funnels, pricing impact, and reliability metrics to improve performance across Grocery and DineOut. Partner with category managers to identify operational bottlenecks and customer drop-offs, and provide data-backed recommendations. Support the growth of Careem Plus by analyzing subscriber behavior, churn, retention, and engagement metrics. Assist in designing and evaluating campaigns to drive adoption of Careem Plus across multiple verticals. Run A/B tests and promo experiments to optimize discounts and feature launches for both customer value and business ROI. Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to answer day-to-day analytical questions and support strategic decisions. What You’ll Need
2 years of experience in analytics roles within tech companies, startups, or other data-driven environments. Strong command of SQL, including window functions, joins, and data transformations on datasets. Hands-on experience with BI tools like Tableau, Sheets, or Power BI to create and manage dashboards. A structured and analytical mindset, with the ability to think critically and solve problems independently. Bonus: familiarity with Python (Pandas, NumPy) for analysis or workflow automation. Gather, clean, and analyze data across multiple departments to identify trends and opportunities. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using data visualization tools (Looker Studio, Power BI, Excel). Provide insights to improve business performance in HR, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations. Collaborate with department heads to translate data into strategic recommendations. Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual work. Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reporting systems. Data Analysis & Reporting:
Analyze large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights

Work directly with US-based stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver timely
analytical solutions.
SQL / Athena / Sage Expertise:
Write complex SQL queries using Amazon Athena and other cloud-based solutions to
extract, transform, and analyze data.
Experience with Sage
Python Automation & Modeling:
Build data pipelines and perform advanced analytics using Python. Python is a must for
this role.
Automate data preparation tasks and create reusable scripts for reporting workflows
Looker Dashboarding & Visualization:
Design and maintain dashboards using Looker to support real-time KPI tracking and
performance monitoring.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Partner with teams across product, marketing, customer service, and finance to support
data needs.
Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
