We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our executive leadership. The ideal candidate will be experienced in calendar and stakeholder management, adept at project coordination, and capable of handling sensitive and high-level administrative tasks with discretion. Key Responsibilities

Calendar Management: Efficiently manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings across multiple time zones, coordinating appointments, and ensuring optimal time allocation.

Meeting Coordination: Schedule, prepare for, and follow up on meetings, including sending agendas, taking high-quality minutes, tracking action items, and ensuring deadlines are met.

Project Coordination: Assist in planning and tracking strategic projects and initiatives; follow up with internal and external stakeholders to ensure progress and alignment.

Stakeholder Management: Serve as a key liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders. Maintain strong professional relationships and ensure smooth communication.

Administrative Support: Prepare presentations, reports, and communication on behalf of the executive. Maintain confidential files and records with the utmost professionalism.

Travel & Logistics: Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, ground transport, and itineraries.

Task & Time Management: Prioritize and manage multiple tasks independently while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.

Requirements:

3+ years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.

Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Highly detail-oriented with excellent follow-through.

Ability to manage sensitive information with integrity and discretion.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment.

Overview:
