We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst with at least 5 years of expertise in business intelligence, data visualization, and analytics. The ideal candidate will be skilled in SQL, Snowflake, Tableau, and Power BI to design, develop, and maintain impactful dashboards and analytics solutions that support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI.
• Write complex SQL queries and optimize database performance for analytics solutions.
• Work with Snowflake and other data warehousing technologies to ensure scalable and reliable data solutions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Develop and implement data models, ensuring accuracy and consistency across reports.
• Analyze large datasets, identify trends, and provide recommendations to drive business strategies.
• Ensure data quality, validation, and accuracy of reports.
• Continuously improve user experience for BI tools and analytics platforms.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics, BI development, and dashboard creation.
• Strong expertise in SQL with knowledge of query optimization and performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake or other cloud data warehouse solutions.
• Proficiency in Tableau and Power BI for creating dashboards and visualizations.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in data modeling and ETL processes.
• Familiarity with other data warehousing tools (e.g., Redshift, BigQuery).
• Knowledge of ing languages (Python or R) for data analysis is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Experience:

1.5 to 2 years of experience in data analytics, preferably within the U.S. healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will be skilled in extracting and analyzing complex healthcare datasets to support operational, financial, and clinical decision-making. Familiarity with AI tools and their application in data analysis is essential to this role.Translate complex data findings into presentations and reports for executive leadership.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Public Health, or a related field.
• 1.5 to 2 years of hands-on experience in data analytics, preferably in the U.S. healthcare industry.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Power BI including DAX, Power Query.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted analytics tools, such as Power BI Copilot, Excel Analyze Data, ChatGPT, or other NLP-based tools.
• Working knowledge of healthcare datasets e.g., claims, EHR/EMR, HEDIS, ACO, STAR ratings, Medicare Advantage.
• Understanding of data privacy and HIPAA compliance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with statistical analysis and automation.
• Familiarity with tools like Power Automate, Azure AI, or AI-enabled CRMs.

• Partner with data analysts, data scientists, and business teams to deliver reliable, high-quality data solutions.

• 3–4 years of experience in data engineering, data integration, or a similar role.
• Strong hands-on experience with the Hadoop ecosystem (HDFS, Hive, HBase, MapReduce).
• Proficiency in Apache Spark for large-scale data processing.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience working with Vertica and other relational/NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with ETL processes, data integration, and transformation best practices.
• Proficiency in shell scripting for automating data workflows.
• Experience with data pipeline orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow, Oozie, or similar) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with high attention to detail.
