Business Development / Sales Representatives QuiQia, Pakistan
• Work with senior team members to identify and manage company risks that might prevent growth. • Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for business. • Create and maintain a database of prospect clients. • Lead sourcing to generate new business leads. • Appointment generation for Sales Managers and Business Development team. • Communicate with existing and new clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems. • Present the service in a structured professional way. • Create positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients. • Maintain and develop relationships with existing as well as new customers in person and via telephone calls. • Cold calling; making multiple calls to potential clients; closing sales and working with the client through the closing process. • Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to secure, retain, and grow accounts. • Meet all quotas for cold, active, inactive calls, appointments, and interviews; meeting or exceeding annual sales goals. • Achieve monthly and quarterly targets. • Collaborate with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting, maintaining short and long-term business development plans. • Attract new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business. • Develop long-term strategic relationships with key stakeholders. • Understand client needs and offer solutions and support by answering potential client questions and follow-up calls. • Draft various business reports. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS: • Bachelor’s degree preferred with a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role. • Sales experience within a service sales industry. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers. • Target-driven; must be focused on results. • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel). • Exceptional negotiation skills and convincing power. • Experience in both the project management and sales side of running a business. • Self-starter with high motivation. • Strong customer service and sales skills for generating leads. • Advanced presentation and persuasive skills. • Must be a good time manager. • Advanced decision-making and problem-solving skills. • Persuasive, goal-oriented, energetic, outgoing, and friendly vibe. • Cold-calling and cold-emailing experience. • Excellent high level of English-speaking skills.
