Position Summary

The Financial Planning Manager will be responsible for leading budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and strategic planning processes. This role will ensure effective financial decision-making through insightful analysis and scenario planning. The ideal candidate will bring prior experience in financial modeling, performance tracking, and cross-functional business partnering.

• Financial Planning & Budgeting: Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting process. Coordinate with department heads to gather and validate assumptions. Consolidate and present budgets to senior management.
• Financial Analysis: Prepare variance analysis (actual vs. budget) with actionable insights. Analyze revenue, expenses, profitability, and cost-saving opportunities. Support business units in evaluating financial feasibility of key projects.
• Strategic Planning: Contribute to long-term financial planning aligned with business goals. Develop scenario models to assess business impact under varying conditions. Evaluate capital investment and ROI opportunities.
• Reporting & Dashboards: Prepare monthly financial reports, dashboards, and KPI summaries. Ensure timely and accurate reporting to management and stakeholders. Automate and streamline reporting processes where possible.
• Business Partnering: Collaborate with operations, sales, marketing, and other departments to support decision making. Act as finance liaison in cross-functional initiatives and projects.

3–5 years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance roles

• Qualified CA/ACCA
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills (Excel proficiency is a must)
• Experience with ERP and financial planning tools (e.g., SAP, Power BI, or similar)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and deadline-driven
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Industry experience in Agri, Manufacturing, FMCG or Chemicals

This position envisions product development and manages projects through completion. Analyzes, designs, and develops software enhancements and new modules. Manages development projects from initial design through testing while providing strategic management direction.

The essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:

1. Exercises independent judgment and discretion in overall Software Project Management.
2. Prioritizes plans and tracks project progress. Provides status reporting to the Development Manager.
3. Designs, develops, and modifies programs, including prototypes. Researches product development options and provides analysis for product direction.
4. Consults with internal departments to identify customer needs and includes them into project objectives. Provides support regarding product development to internal departments.
5. Manages and directs 10 to 12 software developers. Evaluates employee performance, sets expectations and goals for department and individual staff members, disciplines and trains staff.
6. Creates related documentation.

- Strong background in .Net, ASP/JSP, XML, XST, Java/J2EE, RDBMs (SQL , Oracle 8i, MySQL)
- Development and/or implementation experience in Web Content Management Systems will be a plus (like Microsoft SharePoint, etc)
- Project management/project lifecycle/project methodology skills required.
- Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent written, oral communication, and interpersonal skills.

PURPOSE
• A key player in Global Sourcing in driving Sourcing's vision to be the Most Agile, Most Competitive, Most Digitalized & Cleanest Supply Base in the industry.

• Lead a supply planning team in several Operations Centers in supplying products with the goal of matching supply to demand at the right time and at a competitive cost.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ensure consistent execution of all standard planning processes in multiple operations centers and lead the OC and the factory planning teams in achieving highest level of product availability by active KPI management, timely problem solving as well as ensuring implementation of adidas policies and procedures within the supply base.

• Build, develop, motivate, and lead the OC planning team.

• Drive initiatives and cross functional alignment on planning direction in the respective Operations Centers to meet and exceed service level to the brands and evolving the current planning processes and procedures to the next level

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Drive allocation decisions within the respective Operation Centers in ensuring that planning directions and priorities are executed to best satisfy customer demands while taking into consideration all possible manufacturing constraints (at both Tier1 & Tier2 levels)

• Monitor and communicate factors likely to impact Tier1 & Tier2 delivery performance and drive improvement actions plan with Operations Managers, Functional departments, and Factory Management.

• Actively lead a cross functional team within the respective operation centers in identifying bottlenecks and complexities on critical materials and implement corrective actions to improve the overall Tier1 and Tier2 delivery performance.

• Manage stakeholders in implementing planning process improvement and ensuring that production priorities are executed.

• Assist in rolling out global initiatives as well as participating as project member or subject matter expert on global scale projects.

• Verify and cross audit suppliers in the respective Operation Centers in regard to capacity reliability, order confirmation accuracy, product transfer execution, and overall planning reliability. Drive the on-time approval of additional mold request.

• Drive a customer focused mentality mindset across the respective Operation Centers in improving overall satisfaction level of the sales organizations.

• Fluent in English (written and spoken)

REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• Diploma or degree in related areas, or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant business experience.
