Job Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in home or hospital settings.
- Monitor and record patient's vital signs and health condition.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
- Assist patients with daily activities such as feeding, bathing, and mobility.
- Operate and manage medical equipment provided by the company.
- Ensure patient comfort and maintain a safe care environment.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Nursing (Registered with relevant nursing council).
- Valid Nursing License (Preferred).
- Minimum 1 year experience in patient care (home care or hospital).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and responsibly.

- Issue Resolution:
- Resolve patient issues, complaints, and requests promptly and efficiently, prioritizing patient satisfaction above all else.
- Escalate complex problems to appropriate staff members and follow up to ensure swift resolutions.
- Record Management:
- Maintain meticulous and up-to-date records of patient interactions and appointments in our database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or patient care role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to handling patient inquiries and concerns.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, with a focus on achieving collective goals.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and databases to manage patient records and appointments.
- Any courses related to Dermatology, Aesthetics and Cosmetic Procedures.
