We are seeking a full-time Fractional CFO who will manage the day-to-day financial operations of our business while also providing high-level financial analysis to guide strategic decisions. This role requires someone who is both detail-oriented and highly analytical, ensuring our financial health while helping us scale efficiently.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Bookkeeping & Financial Management
- Manage and maintain QuickBooks Online with accurate daily and monthly reconciliations.
- Handle accounts payable & receivable, ensuring all invoices are issued and collected on time.
- Oversee payroll processing through Rippling, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Categorize and track business expenses, revenue, and profitability metrics.
- Generate monthly P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
- Financial Planning & Strategy
- Analyze revenue streams, margins, and pricing strategies to optimize profitability.
- Develop financial forecasts and cash flow projections to prevent financial bottlenecks.
- Identify areas for cost-saving and operational efficiencies.
- Provide quarterly and annual budget planning and track performance against financial goals.
Compliance & Tax Preparation:
- Work with our CPA to ensure accurate tax filings and financial compliance.
- Prepare and manage 1099s and contractor payments
- Stay up to date with financial regulations and best practices for remote businesses.
- Financial Insights & Business Growth Support
- Advise leadership on scaling strategies, financial risks, and investment opportunities.
- Set and monitor financial KPIs (e.g., revenue per VA, client retention rates, profitability per client).
- Support in refining pricing models and client billing structures
Requirements & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of bookkeeping or financial management experience.
- Experience working as a Senior Bookkeeper, Controller, or Fractional CFO for a growing
company.
- Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online, financial modeling, and cash flow management.
- Experience with and Rippling (preferred but not required).
- Strong understanding of profitability metrics, revenue tracking, and cost control.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain financial concepts clearly to nonfinancial stakeholders.
- Experience in the construction, coaching, or service-based industries is a plus.

+ Implementation experience of Banking and /or Banking Analytics experience will provide his functional inputs and work closely with Functional subject matter experts and other project team members to successfully deploy the OFSAA products.

+ If they do not have OFS FCCM experience, the resource should have experience in implementing similar products like Actimize, Fortent or Norkom compliance solutions in a Technical capacity
+ Having knowledge of Installing / Configuring FCCM products like AML, KYC, ECM, FATCA, Analytics, Customer Screening, Transaction Filtering, Go-AML etc.
+ Should have SDLC, Agile concepts and also cloud based implementation experience will be handy.
+ Excellent English written and oral communication skills.
**Responsibilities**
+ Support all phases of deploying the FCCM solutions at customer sites including initial installation, patches and upgrades, application configuration, user acceptance testing and go-live.
+ Interact with Functional and Technical Consultants to ensure the successful deployment of the FCCM solutions.
+ Understanding of system security principles, specifically around user authorization and authentication methods and technologies
+ Strong customer interaction skills and the ability to assess a client's IT processes and strategies. In addition, must be able to lead clients through the process of integrating the FCCM solutions into their operational environment.
