JOB PURPOSE:
The HR Services Specialist is the organization's key POC for people transaction management, data management and issue resolution. They also proactively plan and manage for key points in the year where they are responsible for first time accurate data entry, flagging issues and promptly resolving any problems, and ensuring timely and accurate documents processing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Accurate data entry of all Joiner, Mover, and Leaver transactions
- Ensure approvals and right authorizations are secured based on global or local SOPs
- Performs data validation as needed/requested and especially during APR cycle
- Manage data and reporting
- Manage probation administration
- Creates business letters for JML, offline via Adobesign or online for business processes with automated letters integrated in Workday
- Manage absence and time off
- Secure electronic documentation in Workday
- Support international assignee with company documents collection (immigration process)
- Responsible for driving Self Service adoption
- Upholds highest degree of confidentiality in employee records and transactions

EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree and 2-3 year of experience in related areas is highly preferred
SKILLS
- Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer experience

- Ability to manage stakeholders at varying levels
