Key Responsibilities: Lead the UI/UX design strategy across multiple projects and platforms. Working closely with multiple stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience. Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and user-focused solutions. Developing visualization of screens within a prototype framework. Drive the design process from research and concept through execution and delivery. Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering skill development and design best practices. Create and review wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and design systems. Establish, document, and maintain design standards and style guides. Advocate for user needs and usability through research, testing, and data-driven decision making. Present design concepts and strategies to clients and internal teams with clarity and confidence. Proactively identify UX opportunities and contribute to overall product improvement.
Requirements: A degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Visual Design, HCI, or equivalent professional experience designing web, mobile, or desktop applications across the full product lifecycle. 6+ years of UI/UX design experience, including at least 3 years in a senior or lead design role. Strong portfolio demonstrating design leadership and high-impact design work for web/mobile applications. Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Zeplin, Marvel, and prototyping tools. Proven ability to lead design projects end-to-end and work with Agile/Scrum teams. Deep understanding of Material Design, HIG, responsive design, and accessibility standards. Strong communication skills with the ability to defend and explain design decisions. Experience working in an agency or fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders or clients is preferred. A collaborative spirit and the ability to manage ambiguity and multiple priorities effectively. Proven experience owning the full product design lifecycle, from initial user research and problem discovery to delivering polished UI and interaction designs that ship to users. Track record of driving impact through design, having contributed to measurable improvements in key business metrics at previous organizations. Ability to leverage both qualitative and quantitative user data to inform, validate, and optimize design decisions throughout the product development process. Highly proficient in creating high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using modern tools such as Figma, Sketch, and InVision. Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and strategy across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
