Bluestack Cloud is looking for a Technical Engineering Manager to manage and improve end-to-end software delivery across multiple technologies, in most cases Cloud based Backend Microservices, Responsive Web, iOS and Android. This leader utilizes the appropriate agile project management methodology to meet the requirements and timeline of a project.

The Technical Engineering Manager is involved in all key areas of software delivery including project management, system architecture, development, QA testing, and Release Management. The Technical Engineering Manager leads the collaborative, dynamic planning process, prioritizing the work that needs to be done against the capacity and capability of the team in the context of business requirements and deadlines.

The Officer Engineering Services in the Facilitation Department is responsible for ensuring the effective maintenance and upkeep of the university's facilities, equipment, and infrastructure. The role involves coordinating and performing a range of maintenance tasks to ensure a safe, functional, and well-maintained environment for students, faculty, and staff.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections of university buildings, facilities, and equipment to identify maintenance needs.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as plumbing repairs, electrical work, HVAC system checks, and minor carpentry.

Job Description:

Deliver lectures to undergraduate students in biomedical engineering, covering core concepts and specialized topics within the discipline. Develop instructional materials, including lecture notes, assignments, laboratory exercises, and assessments, to enhance student learning and achievement.

• Ph.D. degree in Biomedical Engineering or a closely related field, recognized by HEC/PEC.
• 15 years of teaching/research experience in a recognized institution or 15 years of professional experience in industry, of which at least 5 years must be in teaching. Alternatively, 10 years post-Ph.D. teaching/research experience in an HEC-recognized university or postgraduate institution, or relevant professional experience.
• Minimum of 15 research publications, with at least 5 published in the last five years in HEC/PEC recognized journals.
• Ideal candidates will have international qualifications, experience in academic administration, teaching at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, and a strong research background.
• Must be a PEC-registered engineer.

Responsibilities include teaching and supervising undergraduate and graduate students, evaluating their learning, and contributing to their academic success. Candidates are expected to conduct and publish impactful scholarly research in peer-reviewed journals.
