As we scale this founders-led media engine, we’re looking for a highly creative, deeply social-media-savvy Content Editor to join us in-house. This isn’t your typical editing job. You’ll be plugged into the heart of the brand — working directly with the founders to shoot, edit, and publish everything from cinematic long-form vlogs to viral short-form reels, interactive carousels, and founder-led storytelling across platforms. Content Shoots Shoot content in real-time with the founders across office life, travel, events, and product shoots Ensure footage is well-lit, high-quality, and optimized for different formats Bring a documentary-style creative lens to real moments 2. Edit Long-Form Content Edit and produce high-quality YouTube vlogs and founder-focused docu-series episodes Structure long-form stories with narrative arcs, voiceovers, and hooks Manage raw footage, organize files, and ensure fast turnaround times 3. Create Viral Short-Form Content Cut down long-form footage into high-performing shorts for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts Add subtitles, sound effects, music, motion graphics, and relevant B-roll Optimize for performance based on trends, timing, and algorithm understanding 4. Support Photo & Static Post Creation Capture behind-the-scenes and candid photography of the founders during travel, meetings, and events Design interactive, brand-aligned carousels for Instagram and LinkedIn Create clean, polished templates and layouts that reflect SQUATWOLF's tone 5. Key Responsibilities
Content Shoots
Shoot content in real-time with the founders across office life, travel, events, and product shoots
Ensure footage is well-lit, high-quality, and optimized for different formats

Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut, Lightroom, Photoshop, Canva or Figma
