Develop and maintain advanced financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support strategic planning and decision-making. Provide comprehensive ad-hoc reporting and in-depth data analysis to address complex business challenges across departments. Partner with sales and operational teams to enhance demand forecasting accuracy and refine forecasting models. Analyze seasonal trends, market dynamics, and business performance to model financial scenarios, assess risks, and identify opportunities. Drive the development of long-term financial forecasts and strategic plans to support organizational growth. Evaluate supplier performance and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective and reliable supply chain operations. Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop and refine pricing strategies that maximize profitability and market competitiveness. Conduct profitability analysis by product, customer, and region to inform pricing decisions and business strategy. Partner with accounting and audit teams to ensure data accuracy, improve financial reporting processes, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards. Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to align financial planning with overall business objectives.

Skills required:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, NetSuite, and SAP. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work with large datasets and generate meaningful insights. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Qualifications & Experience:

Education: MBA in Finance or equivalent. Certifications: CFA Level II preferred. Experience: Prior experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or related finance roles will be an advantage.
