influencer marketing strategy , including short video content planning & collaborations. Monitor and analyze
marketing performance metrics
(traffic, conversions, ROI). Conduct
market research & competitor analysis
to identify trends and opportunities. Support in creating creative briefs for content, graphics, and campaigns. Work closely with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all platforms. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 2+ years of experience
in digital marketing, preferably in beauty, cosmetics, or lifestyle industries. Hands-on experience with
Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and email marketing tools . Strong understanding of
social media algorithms, trends, and content marketing . Excellent communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills. Passion for skincare & beauty is a plus! Seniority level
