Requirements
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns Deep understanding of digital advertising funnels, performance metrics, and audience segmentation Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager Experience in developing and optimizing ad creatives using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to campaign management Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment
Preferred:
Experience in real estate or performance marketing environments Certifications in Meta Blueprint and/or Google Ads are a plus
