About the role:

Market Leader is looking for a leader to manage and own the success of current and new customers.

The Account Manager’s role is to help drive a high level of customer satisfaction, product adoption and customer retention. The role will be responsible for Market Leader’s customer base, focused on customer lifetime value and revenue retention. You will be responsible for inbound churn requests (call/e-mail) via queue for all customers, reaching out to new customers, as well assisting with collecting outstanding balances. Key Responsibilities:
