What is Manager Product Analytics & Growth?
This role involves being the data champion for Jazz's Lifestyle Ventures, ensuring actionable insights are central to decision-making. You'll design, implement, and optimize analytics frameworks to measure user behavior, engagement, and conversion across web and app platforms.
This position requires a blend of analytical depth, commercial acumen, and product sensibility. You will collaborate with product managers, UX/UI teams, technical teams, and business stakeholders to ensure data-backed product decisions and optimized customer touchpoints for growth and improved experience.
Product Analytics & Growth Optimization
- Conduct detailed analysis of large, complex data sets to identify trends and insights that inform strategic decisions.
- Perform deep-dive analysis to guide product enhancements, growth experiments, and customer targeting strategies.
- Apply critical thinking to identify business opportunities and devise comprehensive solutions.
- Design and maintain robust analytics frameworks tailored for web and mobile ecosystems.
Growth Strategy & Cross-Functional Leadership
- Analyze industry landscape to identify new opportunities for engaging product strategies.
- Lead or participate in projects from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Coordinate with digital product and growth teams to identify and act on growth opportunities and market trends.
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions addressing business challenges.
- Create automated reports, dashboards, and proactively identify red flags.
Customer Growth & Journey Intelligence
- Conduct user research to understand target audiences, behaviors, and pain points.
- Map and optimize user journeys across Jazz Vertical products.
- Identify friction points and enhance usability and retention through UX improvements.
- Develop personas, user segments, and journey frameworks to inform design and marketing.
- Ensure inclusive, scalable experiences aligned with user expectations.
Apart from the above, responsibilities include:
- In-App Analytics, Firebase, Mixpanel tracking
- Cross-product analysis with GSM and other products
- Forecasting KPIs like subscribers and revenue using advanced analytics models
- Reporting on KPIs such as MAU, DAU, Revenue, Churn
- Updating stakeholders on performance and insights
- Identifying areas for business growth improvement

- 7+ years in Business Analytics, Growth Analytics, Customer Growth Management
- Experience in Digital or GSM sectors
- Master's/Bachelor's in Marketing, Business Analytics, or Advanced Analytics
- Proficiency with Tableau, Google Analytics, SQL, Power BI, and similar tools
- Deep understanding of the digital market landscape
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills

- Deep understanding of machine learning techniques, statistical modeling, and advanced analytics methodologies
