The opportunity (Assistant Director)

As we roll out ‘All In” across our firms, the PBFA function becomes even more critical to help maintain/improve profitability and provide strategic insights. The support role will be instrumental in helping the ASU PBFA Lead to carry out this role.

This role requires a finance professional offering support to the MENA ASU PBFA Lead on P&L analysis and other KPIs. The role will establish best in class support, functional expertise and reporting solutions with a particular focus on analytics and financial modelling.

Your key responsibilities:

• Develop a good understanding of the PBFA cycle in a year, along with SL performance KPIs.
• Conduct data analysis on large sets of data, to give leadership insights on performance and profitability, to drive business decisions.
• Lead in development of financial models for different scenarios to assess impacts of changing levers.
• Support Operations lead in the root cause analysis of variances and identification of possible solutions to resolve issues.
• With time, develop effective working relationships with the extended Finance team and ASU leadership team.
• Participate in various improvement initiatives and information gathering activities within PBFA space.
• Be the Go To Person for all analysis and financial modelling.

Position Overview

QuadRoots Technology is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the Chief Operating Officer. The ideal candidate will possess advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets, excel in multitasking, and serve as the central communication hub for the COO’s office. Key Responsibilities

Data & Reporting

• Create, manage, and optimize reports using Excel and Google Sheets
• Able to work on Google Forms for data collection
• Apply advanced formulas and data validation rules for reporting accuracy
• Design and maintain graphical dashboards and visual data presentations

Project Coordination

• Track project timelines and deliverables across departments
• Prepare progress updates and documentation for ongoing initiatives
• Coordinate cross-functional workflows and maintain organized records

Office Communication & Management

• Act as a single point of contact for all internal and external queries
• Liaise with vendors, partners, and team leads professionally
• Uphold confidentiality in sensitive communications and business documents

Executive Support & Scheduling

• Manage the COO’s calendar, meetings, and travel logistics
• Send reminders for meetings, deadlines, and follow-ups
• Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and circulate action items

Qualifications

• The candidate should have a proven record of English speaking, writing & listening
• Strong expertise in Excel and Google Sheets, including formulas, pivot tables, and data validation
• Experience in graphical data design and dashboard creation
• Power Bi, Tableu would be an ideal skill to have
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines effectively
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Track record of supporting executive-level professionals and handling projects independently
• Eye to deails

Bonus Skills

• Familiarity with project management tools (Notion, Asana, Trello)
• Knowledge of Google Apps Script or Excel VBA
• Experience in digital media, SEO, or content strategy
• Comfortable drafting contracts, business proposals, and structured documentation

About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced and impact-driven Engineering Manager to lead a newly formed team focused on the reliability, robustness, and performance of our AI features and services. This team will play a critical role in ensuring our AI-powered features operate with high precision and consistency in production environments.

You will be responsible for building and growing a team of engineers and analysts focused on data analysis, debugging, root-causing production issues, and figuring out the long tail of failures and corner cases across our AI stack. You’ll partner closely with applied AI teams, product engineering, QA, customer success, and customer support to close the loop between real-world usage and in-field behavior and the performance of our AI systems.

Responsibilities:

• Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing engineering team focused on AI system reliability.
• Lead efforts to detect, diagnose, and mitigate failures and degradation across AI features in production.
• Design tools, dashboards, and processes to surface anomalies, performance regressions, and edge cases.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives to improve monitoring, observability, and data quality.
• Oversee data analysis, annotation processes, and AI system workflows to improve model performance.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for AI workflows, ensuring clarity and efficiency.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience managing high-performing engineering teams, preferably in AI, ML infrastructure, or production systems.
• Strong understanding of AI feature development lifecycles, data pipelines, model debugging, and post-deployment validation.
• Proven experience with root cause analysis, reliability engineering, or debugging complex distributed systems.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to dig deep into data to uncover insights.
• Experience working cross-functionally with ML researchers, product managers, customer success and support teams, and data engineers.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to drive clarity in ambiguous environments.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for data processing and reporting.
• Flexible to work across PK - US time zones
