Position Summary

HUBKOM (Pvt) Ltd is seeking Call Centre Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients, managing inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy. Your responsibilities will include responding to patient inquiries, scheduling appointments, providing clear information, assisting with service-related needs, and ensuring that all interactions are documented thoroughly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performs all other duties as assigned by the Supervisor of Chronic Care Management and Care Manager

  • Computer literacy and document management (Excel and e-files)
  • Ability and members of the health care team to build relationships with different types of people including the care team
