Position Summary
HUBKOM (Pvt) Ltd is seeking Call Centre Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients, managing inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy. Your responsibilities will include responding to patient inquiries, scheduling appointments, providing clear information, assisting with service-related needs, and ensuring that all interactions are documented thoroughly.

Key Responsibilities
