Currently, we are looking for a driven Project Trainee for our Capital Projects department, to be based in Jamshoro, Pakistan .
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the project team in compiling, organizing, and maintaining project documentation, Document controlling
- Assist in issuance of minutes of meeting
- Support construction manager in site supervision and quality assurance processes by participating in inspections and verifying compliance with quality standards and compiling construction quality control data.
- Provide administrative support by scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and coordinating logistics for project-related activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical)
- Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of experience
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

- Develop Qualification document and Participate in Validation/Qualification activities of Hawaii Project (compression & manufacturing equipment)
- Develop operational document like SOPs, etc.
- Part of commission & installation activities of Hawaii project equipment (compression & manufacturing equipment)
- Development of PM & calibration activities / task as per manual to upload in CMMS.
- Conduct training activities & train the staff accordingly (compression & manufacturing equipment).
- Develop the EHS related documents i.e. machinery safety risk assessment, Workplace risk assessment, LOTO procedures & Operational standard works.
- Training and Execution of Maintenance program of Hawaii project production machines as Site Maintenance Program (compression & manufacturing equipment).
- Training and Execution of Calibration program of Hawaii project production machines as Site Calibration Program identified areas of improvement and resolve.
- Check machine manuals & develop the critical spare part list as per the business / EHS Quality criticality (compression & manufacturing equipment).
