Major Job Activities:

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree, required
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in system administration, network management, or a related IT role, including 1+ years in a leadership or team lead capacity. Education may be accepted in lieu of experience.
Credentials:
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Google Workspace Certification, Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator) are a plus.
Knowledge and Skills:
