Salary and Commissions:
Commissions are paid in AED.
A. HR Consultant (In-house):Basic Pay: 30,000 - 80,000 PKR
Monthly Commission: 5 - 25% of monthly salary for every onboarded recruit
Additional Bonus: Up to 25,000 PKR recruitment bonus for every recruit
B. Onboard your own team - HR Consultancy (Work from Home) (Limited Slots):Monthly Commission: 50% of monthly salary for every onboarded recruit
Additional Bonus: Up to 50,000 PKR recruitment bonus for every recruit
Bring your own team of up to 3 people, collaborate and work with your own team
C. HR Consultant (Work from Home):Basic Pay: 15,000 - 50,000 PKR
Monthly Commission: 15 - 25% of monthly salary for every onboarded recruit
Additional Bonus: Up to 25,000 PKR recruitment bonus for every recruit
Working Hours (Pakistan Time | GMT +5)Monday: 10am–6pm
Tuesday: 10am–6pm
Thursday: 10am–6pm
Friday: 10am–6pm (Break 1pm - 2pm)
Saturday: Off
Sunday: Work from Home (Flexible hours with tasks limited to closing sales and essential operations etc.)
Job SpecificationRelevant English proficiency is required.
Proven experience as an HR Consultant or in a similar talent acquisition role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
Familiarity with HR practices and talent acquisition strategies.
Proficiency in using technology platforms, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
Ability to work independently and remotely (if applicable).
Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset.

As a Digital Sales Specialist you'll become a trusted go-to expert. **Required technical and professional expertise**
As an S/4 HR consultant, you will be part of our team of experts responsible for creating a detailed blueprint for the development requirements of S/4HANA, and for providing business and/or functional support around SAP HR module. You will also be in-charge of the configuration and functions for Human Resources Provide business and functional support on SAP HR module which may include conversion from legacy SAP systems to SAP S/4HANA. Asset impact and gaps in the current business processes and configuration for the SAP module vs. the equivalent in SAP S/4HANA. Provide technology consulting expertise and develop functional and technical specifications for the delta design, and for tools to support the SAP HR module. Execute the necessary system configuration.
