We are seeking a warehouse operations manager to head the operations within our warehouse in Pakistan. This professional multitasker will manage and oversee the receiving, handling, storing, grading, and packing activities within the warehouse, ensuring quality standards are met and maintaining relationships with our suppliers. RESPONSIBILITIES

- Train and manage a warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals.
- Perform financial management duties including generating financial data, compiling and submitting reports, analyzing industry trends, and assessing the financial health of the company.
- Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual account statements and reconciliations.
- Supervise daily activities of the warehouse, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and vendor relations.
- Manage logistics for transporting incoming products to our warehouse and outgoing container shipments; communicate with local suppliers and freight forwarders to ensure efficient transport of merchandise within required time frames to meet strict deadlines.
