Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Supply Chain Management position located in Karachi. The role involves overseeing and managing the supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics. The Executive Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for managing supplier relationships, optimizing supply chain processes, ensuring timely delivery of goods, and maintaining inventory accuracy. Key Responsibilities

· Responsible for physical visits to vendors as and when required for purchasing in the absence of designated purchase officer.

· Prepare & send request for quotation (RFQ) for various vendors (at least three vendors).

· Prepare comparison statement of different vendors when required.

· Update vendors detail in ERP system.

· Internal & External Complaint Close out.

· Make Audit visit plans according to category and schedule visit according to visit plans.

· Make Supplier audit reports on every visit of supplier and share with the HOD.

· Periodic supplier evaluation over cost, time, quality and payment terms.
