You will play a key role in selling Travel Packages including Umrah and international airline tickets, ensuring clients receive excellent service and a smooth travel experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle leads and engage clients through calls and messages
• Sell Umrah packages and flight tickets with full itinerary explanation
• Design custom packages according to client needs
• Maintain communication and follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction

• Ensure accurate records and documentation of all bookings

Confident males/females are required for inbound calls from Canada/America, with experience in Ticketing & Reservation on SABRE & APOLLO Software and good communication skills in English/Urdu/Punjabi.

We offer a salary between 50,000 to 90,000 with the opportunity to earn commissions up to 100k+.

Multiple shifts are available with CST (Canadian Standard Time) timings from 9:00 AM or 6:00 PM (PST 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM) or a second shift.
