Transportation Support Specialist is responsible for managing and auditing all freight-related activities to ensure timely and accurate invoice processing, shipment coordination, and post-shipment issue resolution. What You Will Do as a Transportation Support Specialist:

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Complete auditing and reporting of all freight related invoices via Matched/Unmatched report and EDI portal, confirm invoices are ready for payment to carriers
- Manage day-to-day with 3 rd party auditor and internal finance team including solutioning issues with payments, late fees, file data
- Complete freight related cases returns, re-routes, claims cases. Returns cases are audited to ensure correct billing customer vs. Zones responsibility, best ship method, etc.
- Assists with department day-to-day email operations (tracking, quoting, fixing shipping errors, updating delivery requirements, etc.)
- Provide support for sales/PMO/Deployment with order management in CE to ensure orders can ship from TSC as needed.
- Post-shipment resolutions, i.e. serial number and tracking validation, package research, etc
- Coordinating transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments (maintaining special project schedules as needed)
- Work with sales and Project managers to ensure orders are shipped in the most efficient and cost-effective ways possible
- Making special shipping arrangements as necessary
