To realize production and maintenance activities with minimum cost and maximum efficiency in line with production plan and in accordance with quality, manufacturing, and occupational safety standards.

Lead operator and qualified operator’s development and training on quality, H&S, operation procedures, and instructions. Assess development areas and training needs.

Distribute daily work among operators to meet production planning demands.

Work in accordance with machine, process, and quality assurance work instructions and procedures to ensure quality and efficient production. Manage and direct product changes according to procedures.

Provide daily, monthly, and yearly maintenance of production lines, troubleshoot malfunctions, and record them per related procedures. Ensure cleanliness and order in the production area in accordance with GMP and 6S rules.

Train all line operators on quality, maintenance, safety, operation procedures, and instructions.

Participate in internal audits and GMP practices, ensuring corrective and preventive actions for nonconformities.

Ensure waste separation and proper disposal in the responsible area.

Maintain failure/stop records of machines in production lines in SAP. Report nonconformities and ensure corrective and preventive actions.

Make necessary raw material and auxiliary material demands.

Record work activities using SAP maintenance and production modules.

Ensure proper operation of SAP, TREX, and pallet barcode systems.

Support the development of operators’ skills.

Monitor operators’ leave and overtime.

1. Responsible for managing all functions within the designated supply channel to include: Purchasing, Contract Manufacturing Management, Inventory Control, global multi-facility inventory and logistics.
2. Experience in establishing and managing and optimizing inventory levels to meet corporate objectives, while maintaining customer satisfaction.
3. Experience in leading programs; NPI, cost reduction, standard costs, inventory logistics/freight-forwarding.
4. Experience in identifying and managing opportunities to reduce COGS.
5. Experience working with complex products and multi-product environments in a Textile or Automobile Environment.

The supply chain officer is responsible for ensuring proper maintenance of store inventory. This includes replenishing items that have sold out on the sales floor and clearly marking price changes on items.
