The candidate must have experience dealing with tours for all major destinations and possess strong knowledge of managing tour packages both domestically and internationally, including Umrah packages.
Job Description
- Determining clients' requirements for travel, accommodation, and special interests.
- Suggesting itineraries based on available travel routes, costs, and convenience of transport.
- Making and confirming travel and accommodation reservations, and informing clients of travel connections and hotels.
- Notifying clients of travel dates, baggage limits, and medical and visa requirements.
- Providing information on tourist attractions and tour availability.
- Collecting payments and issuing clients' itineraries, relevant documentation, tickets for travel, and vouchers for accommodation.
- Providing information on travel insurance and relevant local/legal regulations such as customs regulations.
- Answering inquiries from tourists and corporate clients, and offering suggestions about tours, travel routes, accommodation, and local customs.
Requirements:
- At least Intermediate or Bachelor's preferred.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience.
- Must be familiar with Basic Tariff and Ticketing.
- Hands-on experience with Galileo and Sabre reservation systems.
- Knowledge and experience in Tours Selling, Visas, and Hotels Worldwide.
- Knowledge of world geography and IATA/Travel Industry rules and regulations.
