  • Achieve volume margin growth and other targets as set by the region.
  • Interact with various levels of management on matters involving planning, development, and implementation of programs and promotions.
  • Act as an effective business counselor to wholesalers by being well-versed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity.
  • Understand the wholesalers' business model, company structure, and site-level economics; discuss the economic trade-offs of various business decisions.
  • Leverage programs and available resources to sell the brand and to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the wholesalers.
  • Ensure that the wholesalers understand the importance of the site staff in delivering the customer commitment.
  • Define and resolve a wide range of complex situations and problems requiring in-depth analytical, interpretive, and evaluative skills.
  • Act as a liaison between all internal support services and wholesalers to assist in operational excellence issues like invoicing, credit, supply, pricing, and contracts.
  • Provide input with regard to market movement and recommend changes to remain competitive.
  • Complete Market Opportunity Reports and recommend new areas to develop.

**Job Summary:**
To meet sales benchmark and to improve market share of the allocated products by maintaining good rapport with targeted customers.
**Principal Responsibilities:**
+ Achieve annual and quarterly benchmarks for assigned products in the allocated territory.
+ Stay updated on product and competitor knowledge.
+ Identify new customers and develop potential business outlets.
+ Implement product promotional strategies effectively.
+ Adhere to and implement SFA Best Practices.
+ Follow prescribed administrative procedures including daily synchronization of call reports and interoffice correspondence.
+ Visit all clients, chemists, and institutions to generate sales and monitor demand.
+ Handle client complaints and queries efficiently and effectively.
+ Obtain market feedback on own and competitor products regularly and communicate to Manager/Head Office.
+ Ensure availability of company products at trade and institutional levels.
+ Ensure inclusion of products in institutional purchase lists and obtain orders.
+ Participate in weekly, fortnightly, and other meetings including Sales Promotion, Cycle, Revitalization, and those called by Manager/Head Office/Management.
+ Demonstrate ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.
+ Build trust, value others, foster innovation and creativity, and demonstrate high integrity.
+ Use promotional samples and resources judiciously.
+ Participate in performance assessments, discuss areas of improvement, and develop action plans with Regional Sales Manager.

+ Develop and maintain professional relationships with targeted doctors, KOLs, hospital administration, pharmacists, and paramedics.
+ Assist RSM in conducting product presentations and speaker programs.
+ Increase market share of assigned products using IMS Sales Analyzer.
+ Maximize business from dispensing doctors/GPs.
+ Communicate Adverse Event Reports (AER) to the Medical Department within the stipulated period.
+ Display good manners, etiquette, and professionalism during the job.
+ Arrange and conduct product presentations and participate in seminars/symposia as required.
+ Report all spontaneous adverse events related to Abbott products within timelines.
+ Complete on-the-job induction training and yearly refresher for Pharmacovigilance.
+ Liaise with Affiliate Safety Representative (ASR), backup ASR, or reporter for follow-up processes.
+ Perform any other job assigned by seniors.
**Qualification:**
+ Graduate Preferably medical/science background
+ Fresh or 1 to 2 years relevant experience
