- Achieve volume margin growth and other targets as set by the region.
- Interact with various levels of management on matters involving planning, development, and implementation of programs and promotions.
- Act as an effective business counselor to wholesalers by being well-versed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity.
- Understand the wholesalers' business model, company structure, and site-level economics; discuss the economic trade-offs of various business decisions.
- Leverage programs and available resources to sell the brand and to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the wholesalers.
- Ensure that the wholesalers understand the importance of the site staff in delivering the customer commitment.
- Define and resolve a wide range of complex situations and problems requiring in-depth analytical, interpretive, and evaluative skills.

- Proficient working knowledge of computerized applications such as word processing, spreadsheet, database, presentation software, email, and specialized business applications software.
- Presentation skills necessary to effectively communicate, update, persuade, and/or facilitate discussions with all levels of management.

**Principal Responsibilities:**
+ Achieve annual and quarterly benchmarks for assigned products in the allocated territory.

+ Report all spontaneous adverse events related to Abbott products within timelines.
+ Complete on-the-job induction training and yearly refresher for Pharmacovigilance.
+ Liaise with Affiliate Safety Representative (ASR), backup ASR, or reporter for follow-up processes.
+ Perform any other job assigned by seniors.
**Qualification:**
