JOB DETAILS:
Qualification & Experience:
MBA with at least 04 years of relevant experience. Any relevant certification for job role will be preferred. Experience of PPRA rules / quality control procedures will be preferred.
Responsibilities:
Consulting Assignments Managing Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC)- Manage GRC in compliance with Rule 48 of PPRA-Rules 2004.
- Review the validity and redressal of Grievances as per PPRA rules.
- Ensure the GRC Composition as per PPRA, coordinate the GRC meetings, ensure the completion of quorum of the meeting as per relevant PPRA Rules and record the minutes of the Meeting.
- Ensure management of prequalification Committee as per PPRA Rules.
- Review Prequalification Criteria in accordance with PPRA Rules.
- Review theft claim documents and coordinate with relevant departments to attend meetings for theft claim finalization.
- Coordinate within and outside the audit department for special assignments received from management and ensure timely compliance.
- Ensure overall management, recruitment, and administration of ACCA Trainees as per approved program.
- Coordinate with ACCA Global, ACCA Pakistan, and Management for smooth operations of the ACCA trainees program.
- Ensure working paper files/audit documentation in compliance with IIA standards.
- Communicate and coordinate with audit teams for quality control issues and ensure timely resolution.
Assist quality control in charge in arranging Audit trainings for internal audit teams.
