The ideal candidate will serve as a bridge between the frontline support team and engineering, ensuring timely and effective resolution of advanced support tickets.

Responsibilities
  • Handle escalated support tickets from Tier 1 related to complex product, system, or integration issues.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues involving APIs, data integrations, and system workflows.
  • Collaborate with Tier 3 (Engineering, Product, and DevOps teams) to address bugs, product limitations, or deep technical issues.
  • Document solutions, create internal knowledge base articles, and contribute to improving support processes.
  • Analyze recurring issues and propose process or product improvements.
  • Assist in onboarding and training Tier 1 reps on common escalation patterns and technical workflows.
  • Maintain clear communication with customers during the troubleshooting and resolution process.
  • Participate in weekly reviews of escalated cases and contribute to continuous improvement of the support pipeline.
Qualifications
  • 2–4 years of experience in a Tier 2 or Technical Support role, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
  • Proven experience managing customer escalations and resolving complex issues.
  • Strong understanding of APIs (REST, JSON, webhooks) and experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman).
  • Familiarity with backend systems, system logs, and general troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across cross-functional teams.

The purpose of this position is to provide a leadership role in technical areas comprising planning and development, projects and construction, and liquefied gases (LNG/LPG). The position is responsible for conceptualization, engineering design, materials specifications & planning and governance of an integrated project management process geared to manage significant projects related to construction, system enhancement and rehabilitation from “end to end”, as per agreed timelines and within budget, while complying with the applicable standards of safety, health, environmental, security and quality. The incumbent also provides overall direction in the business of liquefied gases including natural gas (LNG) and petroleum gas (LPG) encompassing the full value chain, management of LPG/Air Mix Plants, LNG shippers, terminals and market players, providing insight into the ways in which SSGC may optimally realize the potential of liquefied gas business.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Ensure that gas transmission network capacity and configuration is adequate to fulfil the operational requirements in a safe and efficient manner.
  2. Review the network performance on a continual basis and organize planning of new projects accordingly.
  3. Oversee and guide the team in processing of gas sale and purchase agreements that include all the relevant clauses and terms safeguarding the interests of the company.
  4. Lead the installation and upgrades of transmission lines projects and high-pressure distribution lines in accordance with the international industry codes and standards.
  5. Organize the construction of SSGC’s field offices, regional offices, stores, residential and other office buildings.
  6. Review the management and supply of Re-gasified Liquefied Natural Gas (RLNG) to customers through SSGC pipelines according to the annual demand and supply plan.
  7. Direct the planning and operations of LPG Air Mix Plants (AMP) that produce Synthetic Natural Gas (SNG) to be injected into the distribution network.
  8. Implement the company’s vision, culture, and performance standards and ensure that it is adopted at all levels of the division.
  9. Oversee recruitment of the management personnel in an effort to guarantee optimal execution of duties within the division at all times.
  10. Act as a mentor for key personnel within the division for capacity enhancement and career growth.
  11. Ensure improvement in the skills of key personnel for effective succession planning.
  12. Define the structure and execution of strategic initiatives through the development of work plans, gathering and generation of relevant data, conducting analyses, and the development of actionable recommendations.
  13. Provide short and long-term strategic recommendations to top management and the division’s executives regarding improvement in operations, cost control and to capitalize on opportunities.
  14. Evaluate and recommend strategies, concepts, practices, programs, processes, and measures to be applied across the division.
  15. Establish performance measures that will determine the effectiveness of implemented policies of the division and identify areas for strategic improvement.
  16. Work with the division’s executives and stakeholders in order to evaluate the overall performance against targets and make necessary adjustments as is necessary.
  17. Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that the division will measure performances against and determine the effectiveness of the implemented strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with suppliers of base oils, additives, and finished lubricants to ensure the timely procurement of quality raw materials
  • Maintain close coordination with the Lubricants Supply Chain team to align supply planning with production requirements and avoid delays
  • Prepare and regularly update product performance requirements for the procurement of base oils, additives, and finished lubricants
  • Conduct detailed technical evaluations of bids submitted by suppliers to ensure compliance with required product specifications and industry standards
  • Conduct benchmarking studies of existing products to identify gaps in the product portfolio and explore opportunities for new product development
  • Lead formulation improvement and guide R&D/laboratory teams in developing or enhancing lubricant products
  • Assist in issuing technical knowledge bulletins, lubricant circulars, and knowledge-sharing documents related to newly developed or modified products and to enhance awareness of internal and external stake holders regarding companys lubricants solution
  • Provide technical assistance to the sales team for addressing customer queries, resolving complaints, conducting field trials, and supporting customer visits
  • Conduct on-site technical presentations to end-users, highlighting product benefits, key performance features, and best practices in lubrication
  • Deliver customized technical support for tender-based inquiries by evaluating customer specifications and recommending equivalent lubricant grades
  • Conduct specialized technical training sessions and on-field coaching for lubricants sales teams (Retail, Consumer, and High-Street) to enhance their understanding of lubrication fundamentals, product applications, and competitive advantages
  • Represent the company in technical seminars, industry workshops, and customer outreach events across key industrial and the automotive sector
  • Review, update, and maintain technical content on the companys website related to lubricants to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with current product offerings
  • Support the lubricant manufacturing team in enhancing quality assurance processes, developing work instructions, and implementing improved controls for consistent product quality
  • Ensure continuity and renewal of licenses, certifications, and OEM approvals for existing products while actively pursuing new OEM endorsements
  • Promptly investigate and resolve technical complaints related to lubricant application, providing root-cause analysis and corrective action plans
  • Develop and implement new SOPs in line with evolving operational requirements and quality standards

Education:

  • Minimum 16 years of Engineering education, preferably in Chemical or Mechanical discipline from a renowned and HEC recognized university/equivalent foreign degree holder.

Experience:

  • Minimum 6-7 years of professional experience, preferably in a large-scale organization in production / maintenance team with at least 2-5 years of related functional experience in a similar role at an equivalent position. Experience in the operation or maintenance of engines, compressors, turbines, gears, and similar equipment is mandatory.

Requirements:

  • Ability to operate MS office and SAP/other ERP software
  • Strong follow-up and coordination required
  • Good communication and technical skills
  • Capability of handling multiple tasks at a time
  • Experience in the lubricant industry is a mandatory requirement
