- Able to perform light data analysis to support decision-making and uncover process improvements
- Familiarity with modern workflow tools, APIs, and AI/automation ecosystems.
You Might Be a Fit If You
- Speak “client” and “engineering” fluently, and know how to move fluidly between both
- Get a thrill from solving messy execution problems with fast, working solutions
- Know what it takes to launch enterprise-ready systems—UAT, handoffs, data flows, change management, etc.
- Love writing clear specs, asking pointed questions, and making decisions quickly
- Have a bias for action, clarity, and accountability
- Are comfortable being the go-to person for getting things over the line
