We are currently seeking an EDI/API Lead with strong iPaaS experience. He/She should also have ERP (Netsuite, Dynamics, Acumatica, SAP) and eCommerce (Shopify, Magento, Amazon) experience either from a development or team lead perspective.

This position requires a dynamic individual with strong team management skills. He/She has been a team lead or a project lead and can fully understand the technologies as well as manage the team to deliver the work. The person should have a solid analytical background along with years of experience in documentation to cover requirements, technical and planning phases of any development or integration projects. The person will be required to communicate with the client, so excellent communication skills are essential along with good command of written and spoken English.

We’re looking for a Solution Engineer — API Integration & AI Automation to become the technical face of Integry for our customers after the deal is signed. You’ll architect solutions, analyze business processes, and build production-ready integrations that sit inside our customers’ SaaS products.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Own post-sales technical onboarding: turn high-level use cases into detailed solution designs.

• Map business processes → API calls, data models, event triggers, and AI-powered automation flows.

• Prototype and launch new app connectors, authentication flows, and two-way data syncs.

• Lead discovery workshops, document requirements, and create statements of work.

• Troubleshoot live integrations, optimize performance, and write clear hand-off docs.
