Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct screening calls daily with prospective candidates on different roles giving briefs about the role and gathering necessary information.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to negotiating job offers and onboarding.
- Specialize in recruiting for IT positions in the US market, ensuring compliance with US employment standards and practices (should know C2C, W2, and 1099 work employment terms).
- Work closely with clients or hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide a shortlist of suitable candidates.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and keep records of all candidate communications.
- Stay up to date with current hiring trends, salary standards, and other labor market information for the US IT sector.
