  2. Establish a profound understanding of the science of products and process.
  3. Research and Develop appropriate Qualitative and Quantitative Formula (QQF) for Product in Question.
  4. Prepare laboratory scale batch for technical evaluation and accelerated stability studies.
  5. Submit the samples to Business Development Group for their evaluation and acceptability.
  6. Arrange raw and packaging materials for pilot scale batches.
  7. Identify and prepare feasibility for the manufacturing facility and equipment required for the manufacture of new /BOV Products.
  8. Prepare three pilot scale batches and place on stability studies as per Zone Requirements.
  9. Support procurement for new source development for New/BVO Products.
  10. Lead/direct appropriate manufacturing technology transfers and other supportive activities between development centres, sites, external suppliers, etc.
  11. Support cGMP Product Inspections by Regulatory Authorities and Corporate.

Analytical Technology:
  1. Support appropriate Specifications setting.
  2. Improving product, process and analytical methods robustness, and reaching excellence in operations.

  4. Conduct Validation of new developed analytical methods for raw materials.
  5. Conduct Verification of available Compendia Analytical Methods for raw materials.
  6. Research and develop stability indicating Analytical Methods for new / BVO Products.
  7. Conduct Validation of newly developed Analytical Methods for new/BOV Products.
