The ideal candidate will possess strong SQL skills, a solid understanding of healthcare data (including claims, EHR, and clinical quality measures), and experience translating business needs into clear technical documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clinical, product, and analytics teams to define technical data requirements that support VBC initiatives (e.g., ACO REACH, APCM, CCM).
- Translate regulatory and clinical program specifications into structured requirements suitable for implementation in ClickHouse.
- Create data requirement documents, source-to-target mappings, and validation frameworks for healthcare data (e.g., CCLF, HL7, FHIR, CCDA, CPT, ICD-10).
- Design and validate SQL (?)queries in ClickHouse to support dashboards, financial models, and population health analytics.
- Conduct rigorous data validation and profiling to ensure data completeness, accuracy, and conformance with CMS, NCQA, and HEDIS standards.
